Thank you so much to Liam and all the team, from looking after mum, organising chapel visits in November 2023 and showing us such genuine love and comfort throughout until her ashes were laid to rest on 1st June 2024. Losing my mum was heart breaking. Darren and his team from Southgate & Roberts made the whole experience easier to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble! When they picked mum up they knew she was a massive West Ham fan and they turned up in claret and blue ties. Mum would have loved this - which made us as a family feel comfortable that she was in a caring environment. We met in a pub (our choice) to discuss and plan mum's celebration of life. Whilst we were all very sad, Darren was like a breath of fresh air. He was respectful and helpful, we were under no pressure to purchase all of the products that were offered. Initially, I phoned another 'high profile' funeral directors and was put through to a call centre - so they were abandoned immediately. This was the best decision I made - the whole process was seamless. Thank you so much for all your help and kindness when arranging mum's funeral. I highly recommend this company if you want to feel relaxed and at ease during a very sad time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wow, if I could give a 10 star review then I would. I would like to thank Darren and the team for taking great care of my wonderful dad. Like my sister said, from the time you came and saw dad at home, and the day he passed away the service we received was everything we could have wanted. When we went to see dad, he had Bob Marley playing and his photo on screen, the service we received was excellent, dad was treated with dignity and care very professional, the team was amazing.
